Planning has begun for two 2008 mission trip weeks in Slidell, LA. A youth team, with some adult members, is reserved for the school vacation week. Including ground travel, the dates are February 23-March 2. An adult team is reserved for the following week, from March 1-9. Both teams are capped at fifteen members, as recommended by Volunteers in Mission (VIM).

An Informational Night is scheduled for Friday, September 28 @ 6:30 PM in Hartford Hall. The twenty-five minute slide show from the 2007 mission trip will be shown, followed by a discussion about building the mission teams. Several team members from this past February’s mission will be available to share their experience, and help answer questions.
