Cluster Choir Festival

On Sunday, April 6th, United Methodist Choirs from the seacoast area of Maine and New Hampshire will gather together to offer a Choir Festival at St. John’s United Methodist Church in Dover, NH, at 4:30 PM.

Choirs from a number of United Methodist Churches in the area will come together to present pieces individually – with two songs being presented all together at the conclusion of the program. The massed choir is a new feature for this annual event.

The Festival organist/accompanist will be Meredeth Lineweber of the Bethany UMC in East Rochester. And the massed choir will be directed by Robert Howard from the Hampton UMC.

Also included in this year’s festival will be a sacred dance group, directed by JoAnn Fryer, from the York/Ogunquit UMC.

The public is invited to this special event. There will not be an admission fee for this concert, but a freewill offering will be received. The host church is located at 28 Cataract Avenue (near McIntosh College) in Dover, and is handicapped accessible, with ample parking.
