New Adult Study in May A new adult study will use the book: “Earthy Mysticism: Spirituality for Unspiritual People” by Tex Sample. Sample does not do traditional spiritual practices well. Things like daily devotion, regular Bible Study, disciplined scheduled times of prayer, etc. just don’t work for him. But he does connect with God’s presence and grace in “earthy” things (as opposed to “earthly”) - coarse or gross, unrefined, simple, natural, hearty and unashamed. This book relates some of those experiences of his, and opens the door for us to consider the same in our lives.

When: the four Wednesday’s in May, beginning May 7th, at 7 PM. Cost: $11 Rev. Mark Monson Alley leader.
