St. John’s United Methodist Church

Greetings St. John’s Church Family,

I write with sad news for us, that Mildred Cole went to be with the Lord last evening.  She passed away around 9:20 PM, at Wentworth Home.  Details for her memorial service haven’t been set just yet, but when they are, I’ll communicate that to our church family, too.  I simply wanted to let you know this news as soon as I could.

Remember the two services for today, Good Friday.  At noon, the Ecumenical Community will be at First Parish Church, on Central Avenue in Dover.  And then at 7 PM, we will have a quiet, reflective service of readings and prayers at our own church.  I hope to see you at one, or the other, or both!
