News from the Church Growth Committee
In the Bell-Wether last month there was an article updating our future plans. One plan is to provide some opportunities for us to tell our stories. To that end, we are planning for the first of those opportunities to be during the services on June 7. Members of the congregation will be asked to share in a sentence or two why a particular part of the service is important to them or has helped them in their faith walk. The four lifted up will be music, prayers, the Lord’s Supper and message/scriptures. For more information, please see last month’s article.
To date no one has volunteered, and while we can certainly ask people, we would prefer that you come forward and volunteer yourselves.
