Trustee News

On Saturday, May 9, 12 people came to help for the Clean-Up day. Many projects were completed and others were begun. We want to thank those of you who were able to come.

The rainy weather prevented all painting projects, and there are more pews to vacuum, windows to wash and limbs and brush wanting to be trimmed and removed.

As a church, we realize that on any given day many of us have other obligations, so we would like you to consider giving a few hours during the next month to help with these jobs. You could do it at your convenience. We would only ask that you check with Sandy to see if the church is being used at that time.

Prior to Anne Robertson leaving St. John’s, we made a promise to then District Superintendent Paul Chang that we would make a visual separation between the church and the parsonage in order to increase privacy. We had tabled that obligation until now. Over the next few months, you will notice a change in the landscaping to meet that commitment.
