Men’s Book & Video Group
The Men’s Book & Video Group is open to all St. John’s men, both members and visitors. We meet monthly to discuss the selection, and share insights into the story and issues raised by the author. Sometimes the discussion may stray from the book or video, but we give ourselves permission to go where we want. That includes our concern for each other. During October’s meeting at George Lamb’s, we discussed Geradine Brooks “March”. We then brought each other up to date on what is happening in our lives.
On Friday, November 13 @ 7:00 PM we meet at Earle Custer’s Dover home (743.3348). Our selection is Carl Doenitz’ “Memoirs: Ten Years and Twenty Days”. Doenitz was the German U-Boat Commander and Supreme German Naval Commander in World War II.
