New Brass Choir
Ed Mitchell has accepted an invitation to create a brass choir at St. John’s! Ed, a music educator, plays the soprano saxophone, clarinet and trumpet in worship.
He has recruited his son (a former Marine Band trumpeter), Aimee Krauss on trumpet and French Horn, Sue Williams on French Horn, Dee Whall on Baritone horn, and Jeff Mitchell on Trombone. At least one other player has been spoken to, and is considering it.
There’s always room for more!! Do you play a brass instrument? Has it been years? Do you still have it? Why not dust it off, work on building up your “chops”, and join the group?
